Founder of OPERATIONAL DYNAMICS, Edward T. Glospie, is a New Jersey native committed to providing excellence to his clientele.
As a veteran of the security forces of both the US NAVY and US AIR FORCE, Edward adopted a strong working knowledge of maritime and aviation security.
As a SPECIAL AGENT with the Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), Edward served on the protection details of three Secretaries of State as well as securing the Tokyo Olympics, United Nations General Assembly, Fleet Week New York City, and a host of other high-profile events. Edward’s security experience spans five continents, while his fluency in Spanish and Portuguese has placed Operational Dynamics in an optimal position to assist clients throughout Latin America, and the Spanish & Portuguese speaking territories beyond.

Edward is THE LEADING EXPERT on ideological (idea-based) threat, having pioneered a new discipline for its study. Edward re-constructed the broken premises of defective terminology ( extremism, fundamentalism, political violence, etc.) into a formal discipline and study around the proper platform of IDEOLOGY as the core doctrine of belief that drives absolutism, violence, and armed conflict.
Edward’s soon-to-be-released book “FORENSIC IDEOLOGY” is a continuation of his graduate program thesis and equally serves as the basis for dynamic protocols to counter and mitigate the myriad of ideological threats facing clients today.
